Most transformations complete in under 60 seconds. Processing time depends on server load, but we prioritize speed without sacrificing quality. Pro and Creator plans get priority queue access.

Absolutely! Our AI is specifically engineered to preserve your facial features, expression, and identity. The artistic style changes, but you remain completely recognizable. This is our #1 priority.

We currently offer 5 stunning styles: Anime (Studio Ghibli-inspired), Cinematic (Hollywood movie poster), Oil Painting (Renaissance master), Cyberpunk (futuristic neon), and Professional (enhanced headshot). New styles are added regularly.

Yes, but you should have permission from the person in the photo. Do not use StyleSwap to create deceptive content or for any purpose that could harm others. See our Terms of Service for details.

Each style transformation uses 1 credit. Free accounts get 5 credits per month. Pro ($29/mo) includes 200 credits, and Creator ($59/mo) includes 500 credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.

No, unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@styleswap.live with your issue, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Your privacy is paramount. Uploaded images are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. Generated images are kept for 24 hours to allow downloads, then automatically deleted.

Yes! We use enterprise-grade security: TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest, and our infrastructure is SOC 2 compliant. We never sell or share your data.

Yes! You own full rights to your generated images and can use them for personal or commercial purposes—social media, marketing, prints, etc. The only restriction is creating harmful or deceptive content.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, including transformation history. This action cannot be undone.
