TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLESWAP STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleSwap Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
